Course Aims
This intensive course is designed to provide readers a working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and its features and facilities, as well as an understanding of electronic mail terminology and networking concepts. Microsoft Exchange users will be able to increase the effectiveness of organisational communication both internally and externally, locally and globally.
Assumed Knowledge
Basic familiarity with PCs and experience of using Windows 95 is required, gained either from the work place or by attendance on a "Windows 95 User Introduction" course. Prior experience of using a word processor would be beneficial but not essential.
