Course Aims
This course identifies the fundamentals of network management and covers the use of NetWare utilities to set up and manage users and other network resources. At the end of the course delegates will be able to manage a NetWare 5.0 network with confidence.
Assumed Knowledge
Sound experience in a PC and MS-DOS environment and basic familiarity with networking concepts and principles gained from a user environment or by attendance on an "MS-DOS Workshop" and "PC Networking" course.
Course Audience
PC LAN Support personnel who have good exposure to MS-DOS and Windows 95 or NT Workstation and wish to learn the skills to enable them to administer a NetWare 5.0 network. No previous Local Area Network management experience is assumed.
