ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) / ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence) Courses
The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is a European-wide qualification that enables people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills. Built around a modern practical syllabus, the European Computer Driving Licence is attractive to students of all ages and to employees and employers alike. This qualification recognises the increasing importance of computing to all walks of life and is rapidly becoming recognised by the wider business and educational worlds.

The qualification is independent of specific software and hardware vendors. Beyond Europe the qualification is known as the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL).

CLAIT
CLAIT is a series of qualifications graded at Level 1 (New CLAIT), Level 2 (CLAIT Plus), and Level 3 (Advanced CLAIT). Levels correspond to levels in the National Qualifications Framework. Each qualification is divided into different units. A unit covers a different IT User skill set, such as Using a Computer, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and so on. The CLAIT syllabus (the set of learning objectives) is developed and maintained by Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR).
